We process names or contact emails, order details, instructions, uploaded files, project communications, transaction references and necessary technical/security information. Payment-card details are processed by Stripe rather than stored in full by us.
Information is used to quote, review and fulfil orders, administer payments and refunds, deliver communications, protect systems, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Processing must rely on an appropriate ground under applicable law, including consent where required.
Cloudflare supports hosting, data storage and security; Stripe processes payments; Resend transmits transactional email. Authorised independent specialists may assist where lawful and necessary. Provider processing locations and any international transfers and safeguards require operational verification before production publication.
Appropriate AI-assisted workflows may be used with human oversight. Confidential customer documents must not be sent to external AI systems without an appropriate lawful basis, suitable safeguards and compliance with agreed restrictions. We do not publish client projects or testimonials without written permission.
Customer-uploaded files and working documents are ordinarily intended for deletion 90 days after final delivery, except where legal obligations or disputes require longer retention. Accounting and transaction records may be kept for legally required periods. Technical enforcement and backup retention require verification. We apply reasonable access and security controls; no online system is risk-free.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other available privacy rights. Contact desk@paperandposition.com. We may need to verify identity and may retain information where lawfully required.
