These Terms govern orders placed with Paper and Position Research Services, an Abu Dhabi freelance sole establishment (CN-6818775). Individuals must be at least 18; business purchasers warrant authority to contract. Customers agree to these Terms expressly before payment. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
We provide research, editorial, analytical, professional writing, presentation and consultancy-related services only within authorised licensed activities. Each order is limited to the agreed brief, deliverables, quotation and timeline. We may decline unsuitable, unethical or unlawful work.
Quotes are in AED. Full payment is required before work begins; applicable taxes and charges are disclosed before payment. A successful payment is an order request, not unconditional acceptance. We review the scope within two business days after payment and sufficient assessment information; declined orders receive a full refund. Material changes and extra charges require express written approval.
Customers must provide complete, accurate and timely instructions. They warrant ownership or permission to supply submitted materials and grant us limited permission to use them solely to perform the commission. Customers must not submit unlawful, infringing or improperly disclosed confidential materials.
We support lawful research, editing and analytical assistance, but not fabricated data, plagiarism, impersonation or prohibited ghostwriting of assessed submissions. Customers must comply with institutional and publisher rules. Responsible AI tools may assist with work subject to human oversight, verification, confidentiality and applicable safeguards. Notify us before acceptance of any specific AI restrictions.
The delivery clock starts after payment confirmation, professional acceptance and receipt of essential instructions and references. Customer delays or agreed scope changes may extend the schedule after notice. Minor in-scope corrections are included; material additions need a new quotation and express approval.
Delivery occurs when agreed files are sent or made available. Complimentary in-scope revisions are available for 14 calendar days after delivery. Cancellations and remedies follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy; statutory rights survive the revision period.
Following full payment, customers receive transferable rights held by us in original bespoke final deliverables, to the extent legally assignable. Pre-existing tools, templates, methods, third-party materials and non-assignable rights are excluded; we license incorporated retained materials for intended use. We keep client materials confidential and do not use customer names, testimonials or samples publicly without prior written permission.
We exercise reasonable professional care and skill and address substantiated errors. We do not guarantee academic grades, publication, funding, regulatory approval or business outcomes. To the extent lawfully enforceable, aggregate contractual liability for an affected commission is limited to the amount paid for that commission. No mandatory remedy or non-excludable liability is restricted.
We may remind customers after 14 days of non-response and close inactive commissions after 30 days with written notice. Material misconduct, fraud, abuse, unlawful requests or serious breaches may result in proportionate suspension or termination, with an opportunity to remedy where practical. Refunds for unperformed work are assessed fairly under policy and law.
We may use authorised independent specialists subject to licensing, confidentiality and safeguards, remaining responsible for agreed deliverables. We use Cloudflare, Stripe and Resend for operational services. Uploaded files and working documents are ordinarily scheduled for deletion 90 days after final delivery, subject to lawful exceptions; statutory financial records may be retained longer. Email is the primary contractual channel. Customers must provide accurate contact details. Material scope or price changes require express written approval; email transmission alone does not constitute consent. Contact desk@paperandposition.com for complaints. UAE law governs; subject to mandatory protections, competent Abu Dhabi courts have jurisdiction.
Updates apply prospectively unless otherwise lawfully agreed. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder. Accepted quotations, approved written variations and the Refund and Cancellation Policy form part of the contractual framework.
