Cancel before substantive work begins for a full refund. If we decline your order during initial professional review, we issue a full refund.
If you cancel after substantive work begins, any refund is ordinarily proportionate to the unperformed part of the agreed commission, subject to mandatory rights. We will explain our assessment.
Request complimentary corrections or in-scope revisions within 14 calendar days of final delivery. For substantiated deficiencies we will offer appropriate corrections first and consider partial or full refunds as appropriate under law. The revision window does not limit mandatory rights.
If a delay is attributable to us, we will offer a reasonable revised delivery date or an appropriate refund or remedy as required by law.
Email desk@paperandposition.com with your order reference and reason. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days; bank and card processing may take longer. Statutory and payment-dispute rights remain unaffected.
